Our campany specializes in various types of polyester, cotton and its blends of fabrics to satisfy the demands of our clients. Tejidos Corporativos, S.A. Sells about 20% of its yarm production to different clients in Guatemala and in near  by countries. One of our strengths as a vertically integrated company is the ability to have our own yarn production plant to give a quick response to all of our clients needs.

the yarm plant has the capacity to produce 200,000 kilos per month in Open End and Combed Ring  Spun Yarns, and 250,000 kilos per month in texturized yarns. These yarns can be produced in 100% cotton, 100% polyester, cotton-polyester and rayon-polyester blends among others.  These are yarns of various different counts, ranging from Ne 8/I to Ne 45/I in staple fiber and for texturized yarns ranging from 75 to 300 Denier.

Our yarns are used in a variety of finished products such as coats, sweaters, T-shirts, cotton twills, woven labels, and other garment type accessories. Others may be used in the food industry, as well as, to sow sugar and coffee sacks; wich is a big market in Guatemala.

YARN DYEING

The yarn dye capability and versatility makes us the numer one yarn dye vendor to excellent companies all around the CBI region. Among these companies are label weaving plants, sock plants, textile plants, also for knitting in confection plants, garment plants, etc.; altough most of our yarn dyeing production goes  into our shirting manufactering and school plaids  thar are sold in Guatemala and the export market.

Has become the best option in woven labels due to its vertical structure, quick response and high quality labels, Our current production capacity  is over 10 million labels per month in taffeta, damask, or optical satin. Our staff is highly qualified in the design and engineering of the products.

We work with the latest air jet loom technology in order to guarantee speed, quality and uniformity in the production of specialty designs. our structure allows us to have lab dips ready in 24 hours, sample labels in 3 days, and production in 5 days, with very competitive prices.
